Neat atmosphere, amazing service, and the food is soooooo delicious I cant get over it. The staff was so so friendly and multiple servers asked us how we were doing.. This is my favorite restaurant now. It is a perfect date night place! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Great experience to bring family and friends. Nice atmosphere to wine and dine. Great service and very professional. Expensive but a wonderful dinning dining experience.

We ordered a four course dinner for two person that was served one salad, breads, meats and dessert but we ordered extra salad for side dish. Everything should dip in the hot cheese except meats that were dipping in the broth. Everything was excellent!

Amazing experience! Went for the first time and loved the fondue. The service was exceptional and they made it a special night by attending to all our needs. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

This place was hopping for New Year's eve! But we had made reservations for our wedding night, got there a little early and they sat us right away. Food was amazing as always. Thank you for a special evening.

Great food and experience. We had Jess as a server; she was very polite and knowledgeable about my girlfriend's gluten allergy. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a fun dining experience.

Love this place! Great food and uniquely themed restaurant. No other fondue joints in the area that I'm aware. They recently changed the atmosphere with a renovation. It helped to add to its customer base to include other visit other than romantic encounters. I liked it. It had more light. I always used to get sleepy in the barely lite dining area.Menu was also changed awhile back which was a positive move. Instead of the classic cheese, salad, entree and chocolate meal, you can now only choose to enjoy one option, two or three. Before it was an all or nothing experience.

This was our first time at The Melting Pot. We had a great experience. Our waiter was very attentive and great at explaining how the menu goes and all of our different options. I do recommend making the reservation before you go. And giving yourself two-and-a-half hours to eat. Also try the spinach and strawberry salad it was my favorite with the lemon poppy seed dressing.

The pros weigh much more heavily than the cons - I'd give closer to a 4.5. My girlfriend and I came here for our 2 year anniversary with the Lover's Lane package. Everything was quickly set up and creative looking, they even wrote a nice card for her. The waiter was excellent but needs a little more time to get acquainted with restaurant policies - he accidentally gave me the Lover's Lane package ($179.99) for the price of one meal ($59.99). When I told the manager the bill was a little low, he said that it absolutely is, and that he'd honor the price given to me. I was impressed with his handling of the situation - it was a clear acknowledgement and ownership of gaps in the restaurant's processes (most likely due to the renovation period).Pros:1. Staff was really friendly and personable.2. Management inspires confidence.3. Food is great.Cons:1. Don't really have private seating at this facility.2. The staff needs a little time to mature now that renovations are coming to a close.

This place was really good. Ambience is calm. Wait staff is very friendly. Food was to die for. Pricing wasn't terrible. BUT, I noticed a four course choice and asked if it was for two people. They said it wasnt. My fiance and I shared it and we didn't even finish all the meat let alone the dessert. Don't be fooled.

Was literally the best dining experience I have ever had. The waitress Cara, went above and beyond to make it a fantastic night. Not only did she explain everything perfectly, she was such a kind young lady. Too many people are so quick to complain when something goes wrong, but she and management deserve a huge shout out! I suggest visiting The Melting Pot, because you will have an unforgettable experience!

An anniversary tradition for my wife and I for the pay several years. Service is always top notch and the atmosphere is perfect. Great drink and menu selections. It's even a great place to go if you're just looking for dessert and drinks some evening. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent service from Keith! Delicious food, great company and such a fun experience! It was like a journey and by the time we were done we were happy, satisfied and ready for a nap!! We celebrated my birthday and it was my 1st visit. We will be back for the journey! Thank you!!

Very nice place for a date night, a little pricey but worth a one time experience

First time there. Good time ... good food. Our waitress Lacey was excellent. Dip for shrimp cocktail was too hot & spicy & there is no substitute. Also, they were out of candied pecans for the chocolate turtle dessert. Other than those 2 things it was really good. Pricey but good.

My first time at a fondue restaurant and it was quite an experience. The food is fresh and was proportioned just right. Presentation could be a little better but it was adequate and fun. I found that this should an experience that most should enjoy and have at least once. A special shout out to the wait staff, specifically Shelby... nice job!

The service was good. All of the staff was friendly and the manager came over to our table to see how everything was going. The food was good, but for the price, I felt it wasn't worth it. The portion sizes are very small for about $50-$75/person. I guess it's the experience you're paying for, but for almost $200, you have to cook your own food at the table in a pot of broth. Maybe I'm a cheapskate, but for $200, I could have bought at least a weeks worth of groceries (nice steaks, etc.) and cooked much better food at home. Lol. It was an experience that I tried once, but unless I hit the lottery, I doubt I'll be back.

This place is a great experience. If you are doing the full 4 courses (recommended) be prepared for a long delightful evening. We were there for about 3 hours. Loved it all.

Went for my anniversary, great atmosphere and experience. Amazing food. A little pricey, but it's worth the experience if you've never done anything like that. They gave us 2 roses, a vase, a card, a slice of cheesecake with "Happy anniversary" written in chocolate on the plate it was served on. All of that was free for putting it was for our anniversary in our reservations. I dont know if that's a normal thing, but they did it for us.

Fantastic experience. Tonight was the first dinner of our engagement and they surprized us with Champagne and a beautiful chocolate plate. Jessica was great and explained everything very well. Love this restaurant!
